Dyke Village Hall Committee are staging the 10th annual Culbin Forest Run at Wellhill Forestry Car Park, near Kintessack.
The run, which is a fundraiser for the hall, follows a 5-mile route as it twists and turns along the paths and tracks of Moray's
biggest forest.
Registration for the event is from 6.15 pm with the race starting at 7.15 pm. Entry costs £3. There's also a free children's
race of 1 mile starting at 6.45 pm. No need to register for this - just turn up on the start line! The race is very popular,
with around 150 adults in the main race and 80 children (from age 4 upwards) running the youngsters' event.
The Culbin Run is the first in a series of 4 runs called The Moray Forest Runs series. Each event is on a Wednesday evening
The next one is at Roseisle on 11th June with Quarrelwood following on 25th June and Monaughtly finishing the series on 9th
July.
