Before you occupy a road for depositing building materials/containers or putting up scaffolding or hoardings, you must get permission by filling out  form (RP 891) and sending it back to us with the correct fee.

Please allow three working days to process and issue the permit. We will also need to know where you will be putting up the scaffolding.

You will also need to complete a Design Certificate
