to making positive efforts to eliminate racial discrimination and to promote good relations between and towards minority ethnic
communities in Moray.
If you feel you have been a victim of a racist incident or think you may have witnessed one, please contact the Council’s
Racist Incident Monitoring Officer / Corporate Policy Unit on 01343 563050 for advice on how to report it. Alternatively,
