Two mobile libraries serve the rural areas of Moray, sheltered housing complexes and the outskirts of Elgin. Mobile libraries visit in a three-weekly basis.

Keith Area Mobile, based in Keith covers the area north, south and west of Keith including Speyside.

Elgin Area Mobile, based in Elgin covers the area east of Elgin, the outskirts of Elgin and the area west of Elgin as far as Brodie.
