There are a number of ways by which you may wish to make an enquiry or obtain advice:
By Calling - Advice and guidance may be obtained by contacting the Building Standards Duty Officer who is available each afternoon between 2.00pm and 4.00pm at the Council Access Point, Council Office, High Street, Elgin.
It is also possible to obtain advice and guidance at the Council's Area Offices located at Forres and Keith. Access to a Building Standards Officer is however limited within these offices and it is recommended that you make an appointment.
By Telephone - Call a Duty Officer on 01343 563264 between 2.00pm and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
