The groups are made up of both male and female Carers of all ages and caring in a variety of different situations. Friends are made and information is circulated between each other.
The Elgin Support Group meets on the last Wedneday of each month from 7pm to 9pm usually in the Moray Resource Centre.

The Buckie Support Group meets on the third Thursday of the month from 7pm to 9pm. Their base is Linn Court and they arrange fun evenings out and about.

The Forres Support Group meet every Tuesday from 2pm to 3.30pm at 27 Leys Road (Leys Sheltered Housing), Forres. This is a drop in afternoon with no formal agenda and they arrange social activities.
