Application for Letter of Comfort- this is a non statutory service that provides confirmation by the local authority that no enforcement action will take place where:

         a) work has been undertaken without a Building Warrant in excess of 10 years previous to the application being made or

         b) where a Building warrant has been obtained but no Completion Certificate obtained.
