The Moray Coast Countryside Ranger Service offers a programme of events open to people of all ages and outlook. Whatever your
interests there’s something here for you. All you need is a sense of adventure, an open mind and an enthusiasm for Scotland’s
beautiful coastline. The Ranger Service is a partnership between Moray Council and Scottish Natural Heritage with the aim
of conserving wildlife, promoting public enjoyment and engendering an appreciation of the coastal countryside between Culbin
and Cullen.

| The Moray Coast and Countryside Events Programme comprises a broad range of country hikes, coastal walks, wildlife watches and fun activities for children and families. It caters for all ages, interests and outlook, and is divided into different sections according to the kind of activity involved. If you enjoy the great outdoors on Moray’s beautiful coastline, there will be something here for you – and all the events are absolutely free. Just bring yourself, sturdy shoes, a broad smile and a sense of fun. To fully enjoy them in a stress free environment, please remember your own safety and those of any children for whom you are responsible. Always follow the advice of the Ranger in this respect. On most events, dogs kept under close control are welcome. Check with the Ranger to be sure. Above all, remember that these are country walks and activities, so please dress accordingly. | ![]() |
