Can I buy a small piece of Council land next to my house? How long will it take? How much will it cost?

All applications to purchase Council ground should be made to the Head of Estates Services, Moray Council, High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BX enclosing a sketch plan of the ground in question.

The procedure and timescales for dealing with applications are set out in 'A Guide to Householders'

The price of the land will be set by the Council's Valuation Surveyors
