How does the Act apply to Services?

Each Service holds, processes and records personal information. For example Housing Services processes information on tenants and prospective tenants. Finance Services processes personal information for Council tax purposes. Schools process information on pupils. Corporate and other Services process information on employees. Legal Services holds information on taxi drivers.
