How Long will it Take for a Decision to be Made
Our target for issuing a decision is 8 weeks form the date of receipt of a valid application.
Four copies of the D1 Application Form must be completed
The Location Plan must be to a scale of at least 1:2500 or 1:500. These can be provided by the Council. Please refer to our leaflet – Note for Applicants. (PDF format, 1 page, 76.7 KB)
Four copies of the Location Plan are required.
Four copies of the Site Plan are required
Plans for an Extension or Renovation or New Buildings
These plans must be to a scale of not less than 1:500 or 1:200 . Please refer to the leaflet Note for Applicants. (PDF format, 1 page, 76.7 KB)
Four copies of competent plans including elevations/sections as necessary and any demolition involved are required
These should be coloured to show new works and drawn to scale or for very simple proposals fully dimensional drawings may be acceptable. Please refer to the leaflet Note for Applicants (PDF format, 1 page, 76.7 KB)
