Agricultural Prior Notification Form
Guidance notes are attached to the form. The Statutory time period in which a decision should be issued is 28 days from the date of production of the acknowledgement letter.
One copy of the " Agricultural Prior Notification Form" will be required
Plans should include elevations/sections as necessary.
They should be coloured to show new works and drawn to scale or for very simple proposals fully dimensional drawings may be acceptable. Please refer to the leaflet – Note for Applicants (PDF format, 1 page, 76.7 KB) for more information.
The fee will be £55 .
