How do I Object?

Confirmation of Objection Expiry Date can be found on the front of the folder containing the Public Inspection details or by telephoning the Department 01343 563501. An acknowledgement letter will be sent out confirming if objections have been received within or outwith the time period. If the objection is received within the time period, the objector will be advised of the outcome of the application, once a decision has been reached.
