Tenant Satisfaction Survey

The Council commissions an independent tenant satisfaction survey every 3 years.     Our most recent surveywas carried out in 2007.  The survey revealed high levels of customer satisfaction however, notwithstanding this, the Council will strive for improvements.  It is only by listening to, and acting on, our tenants' views that we will continue to achieve these levels of satisfaction.
