Online Reference Services
Many online electronic resources available in Moray's libraries can now be accessed on the Web from home or work if you are a library member. If you are not a member you can join online or at any Moray library. These subscription-based resources are free to library members.

Ask Scotland
is an online information service provided by Scotland’s public libraries that lets you get real answers from real people.  You can email a question using the online form or chat with a librarian using our instant messaging service, which is available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
