Welcome to Community Learning and Developments Adult Learning, Moray-wide class programme.
Community Learning and Development is a Section within the Moray Council's Educational Services Department. As well as the organisation and implementation of daytime and evening class provision, Community Learning & Development are at the forefront of developing work with Adults, Young People and Building Community Capacity within community groups and organisations.
We are active members of the Moray Community Planning Partnership. If you wish to know more or would like further clarification
