Keith Sports and Community Centre

Following the opening of the refurbishment Forres Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre in Spring 2006, Keith was the second area in Moray to reap the benefits of a joint investment of £958,000 from the Big Lottery Fund and The Moray Council’s Leisure and Healthy Living Capital Fund. In December 2006, the enhanced Keith Sports and Community Centre was officially opened. The purpose of the redeveloped state-of-the-art fitness centre, swimming pool, meeting room and link corridor to Keith Grammar School was to make more effective use of this facility and thereby increase the levels of physical activity by pupils as well as by the wider community
