Moray Council currently have in operation a Framework Moray Local Outdoor Access Strategy (PDF 227 KB. This link opens on a new window). This strategy was produced in 2002 before the establishment of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act.

The current strategy is  now out of date and in urgent need of review. It is intended to integrate this review with the production of the Draft Moray Core Paths Plan. The Moray Local Outdoor Access Forum will play a key role in this process. We will be encouraging comments through these pages as part of the strategy review.
