Introduction

Moray Council is developing the Second Moray Local Transport Strategy through three stages.

In accordance with guidance issued by the Scottish Government the Local Transport Strategy is to be developed through the Scottish Transport Appraisal Guidance (STAG) planning and appraisal process and the requirements of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Regulations.
