Under the Licensing ( Scotland ) Act 2005 and associated Regulations the Moray Licensing Board is allowed to advertise applications for premises licences on a website rather than in a newspaper. Advertisements for premises licence applications will appear on this page. Adverts will be produced generally each week on a Friday and posted here.

The advert will show ongoing applications. If you wish to comment on an application then please note carefully the last date for objections or representations and ensure that it has NOT passed. Further information about making an objection or representation is available through the link at the foot of this page.

Where people require further information about a particualr application then certain documentation is also being uploaded to a table on a separate page*. A link to that separate page is also included at the foot of this page. Once you have navigated to the separate table, where relevant further information regarding applications may be gained from clicking on any links associated with a particular application.
