is insured". There were concerts where Ronnie and Roy never sang for the first
ten minutes of the show, letting the audience take over. Rousing songs would be followed by a hush while a quiet ballad was sung.
Their repertoire ranged from songs like "The Lass O'Fyvie" to ballads
like the "Tiree There was also a great deal of dry humour. An evening with the Corries would leave the audience exhilarated and eagerly anticipating the next year's tour. |
